Limousine Transport Preparation Checklist
- Confirm the limo starts, steers and brakes; disclose mechanical issues.
- Remove loose personal items and valuables from the passenger area.
- Secure custom bars, glassware, electronics, partitions and loose interior accessories.
- Check tires for safe inflation and obvious damage.
- Confirm battery condition and enough fuel for loading/unloading without carrying excess fuel.
- Measure overall length, width and height when the vehicle is custom or unusually large.
- Note very low skirts, exhaust, running boards or suspension modifications.
- Make sure pickup and delivery locations have enough room for transport equipment.
- Have keys and pickup/delivery contact information ready.
- Photograph the vehicle condition for your own records before pickup.
